DIGITAL FILES

All digital files purchased are final sale. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for digital files or custom items. This includes regular price, sale, and items purchased using sale codes. Please contact us if there are mistakes on your file(s). Corrections will be made as soon as possible. Your satisfaction is our number one priority, and we will make sure you receive the high quality product that you should expect with each Red Velvet Parties purchase!

SCRATCH OFF CARDS

​

We only offer refunds, returns or exchanges if you receive wrong or defective scratch off cards. Refunds, returns and exchanges will not be issued for any other reason. If you receive the wrong or defective cards you may receive a full refund of that order. Contact us within 2 days of receiving your order with photos and a description of the issue. If we agree that your items came to you defective or we sent the wrong cards you will receive a full refund. If you would like to exchange them you would be responsible for cost associated with shipping them back. We will ship your new cards to you as soon as we receive your return.

Red Velvet Parties WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE  for any shipping address discrepancies which includes lost, stolen, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments. It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address information. Please be sure the correct address is entered before completing the purchasing process.

Delivery times specified at checkout are USPS estimates. Red Velvet Parties can't make any guarantees for actual delivery times. However, the processing times are guaranteed, unless you are notified that your order will take longer.

DELIVERY FAILED

 

If your order is returned to Red Velvet Parties by USPS due to any address discrepancies you will be refunded the cost of merchandise.

Please be sure to select the correct color and size when purchasing. Please EMAIL US if you receive the wrong or a defective item.

WRONG OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

 

If your item is a different size or color from what you ordered we will be happy to exchange it for you. You may be issued a full refund for defective items. Please EMAIL US within 7 days of receiving your order if you receive the  wrong or defective items. Include your order number, name and email used on the order. Be sure to specify the concern: original product ordered as well as the actual product you received including the style/design, color and size. Please attach picture of the product(s) showing the mishap. Example: showing the defect, the size, or wrong item. Your satisfaction is our number one priority, and we will make sure you receive the high quality product that you should expect with each KB Urban Apparel purchase!​

PROCESSING TIME

 

Orders will be processed and shipped within 5 - 7 business days from the time you place your order. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. The estimated USPS Priority Mail delivery time is 1 - 3 days. Processing and delivery times may vary during the holiday season. USPS is responsible for the delivery of your package. In the event you are unable to locate the package marked “in-transit” or “delivered” we recommend contacting your local post office.

SHIPPING ADDRESS ISSUES

To ensure you receive your order in a timely fashion please be sure to enter your address correctly. KB Urban Apparel or Juneteenth Unity Games will not be responsible for any shipping address discrepancies which includes lost, stolen, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments. It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address information at the time of purchase. We are unable to make changes to orders once they have been placed in our system.

RETURNED PACKAGES

 

If your order is returned to KP Urban Apparel by USPS due to any address discrepancies you will be refunded your purchase amount minus shipping costs.
