HERE'S HOW IT WORKS...

2. Add your flyer information in the space provided or contact me at redvelvetparties.info@gmail.com to discuss your project.
3. Send pictures and/or sample flyers in a message or to redvelvetparties.info@gmail.com
4. Once I have all your information a proof will be sent to you within 2 - 3 business days M - F. Sometimes sooner.
5. You will receive up to 3 free revisions if needed. $3 per revision after that.
6. When you are happy your digital file will be emailed to you.
7. Print as many flyers as you need at home or at your local or online printer!

Once you receive your files you can print on your home computer or you can have them professionally printed at your local print shop.

With the exception of the scratch off cards, every item in the Red Velvet Parties store is either a digital file that will be emailed to you or an instant download that is available for download immediately after purchasing.

Other than scratch off cards, no physical items will be mailed to you. I don’t work every weekend, so it is best to purchase Monday – Friday for faster delivery. My turnaround time for digital files is 24 – 48 hours. Most orders are sent within a couple of hours. Custom orders could take up to 3 days. This does not include Holidays or weekends.

All digital files purchased are final sale. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for digital files or custom items. This includes regular price, sale, and items purchased using sale codes. We only offer refunds, returns or exchanges on shipped items if you receive the wrong or defective items.
